Nanny Share UK Village/West Town

I'm going back to work mid-August, but we are looking to start a nanny share at the beginning of September. Our daughter will be 4 months old then. We'd love someone who lives in the neighborhood and are open to a child of any age. I'm a teacher and work from 8 - 3, so would need the nanny from 7:00 - 4:00 if I was dropping off (although this would be slightly different if we hosted). If you would need the nanny later, we would be happy to just pay slightly less for slightly fewer hours. We're open to hosting, dropping off, or sharing the responsibility.     Hi Nicole,


    I may be interested.  What's the typical rate per family for a nannyshare?  I'm not all that familiar with this childcare option and that's an important aspect to consider.
