Antidepressants during pregnancy

Hey guys I have recently switched from cymbalta to prozac I have a history of depression. My doc said it is more baby friendly. Wondering if there is anyone out there who has been on prozac or know of someone who was on prozac and had a successful pregnancy.

    There are many, many women on antidepressants who have successful pregnancies.  I have stayed on my SSRI throughout pregnancy at the lowest effective dose and everything so far looks great.  My doctor and I agreed that for me, staying on it was a good choice.  If you have questions about your medication, your doctor should be able to discuss the specifics of your case with you to ease your mind.
