Spinal block?

Do you still feel all the pulling and tugging with the spinal block? I'm having a RCS and am curious. With the epidural I felt the pulling and tugging and it was awful I was also exhausted after a long labor and 2 hours of pushing so maybe that made things worst?

I had an epi with my first two and felt nothing at all. I had a spinal with my c-section a few weeks ago and I hated it. I felt all the touching and tugging, I thought they were going to knock me right off the table. I felt my body being lifted up over and over. plus the pressure was insane. I can't even describe the pressure I had seconds before they pulled her out, it was weird and made me moan really loud out of now where. it freaked my husband out.

I felt all the tugging and pulling with my emergency c-section. Hoping the RCS and spinal will be better.

I had an urgent c-section with an epi. The OB told me I would feel the tugging, etc. I didn't. I didn't know they had don't anything till I heard someone say "blonde?" as they discovered my son had a full head of hair.

Scheduled C/s with Spinal block and felt no pulling or tugging. It was birthing bliss!

I had a scheduled section with a spinal block and felt some tugging and pulling. It didn't hurt at all, just felt a little odd.

I felt a lot of tugging and pulling, but most of it was the surgeons putting my liver back in place (my twins severely displaced my liver). I had an epidural that did not work for the first 30 hours, pushed for 2 and was finally given a spinal before my C-section.

The only thing that was bad about having a spinal is it can make you think you aren't breathing. I had childhood asthma and it brought back a lot of bad memories. I panicked until they sat me up and I could feel myself breathing again.
