Honey?

I forgot to ask at our 1 year appointment but I'm clear to give honey now right? I was going to buy some Honey Nut Cheerios yesterday but second guessed myself. I also use it in some chicken marinades that I would like to break out again.

    Our pedi gave us the green light on honey. She actually recommended that we buy local honey because it's been exposed to local pollen which would hopefully help against allergies. She also said to add just a tinitiny bit to his WCM if he didn't like it as is so that it sweetens it up slightly since he was BF, he's use to slightly sweeter milk.



    Oh wow never thought of adding it to milk! I may have to give this a try!
