I've had it with our travel system and am looking for a new stroller. My husband is a runner, so maybe a jogging stroller that can also be used as a regular stroller. I'm looking for something lightweight and compact to fit in the trunk. With all this said, we don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it either. I've looked at some joggers, but they only go up to 27 lbs and DS is on the chubby and already weighing 21 lbs. Any recommendations would be helpful! TIA!
Re: Stroller recommendations
We have a city mini and it's lightweight and compact and we really like it. It's not for jogging though. We are getting a BOB for me to run with. I wouldn't use a BOB as an everyday stroller as it's way too big.

"On the night you were born, the moon smiled with such wonder that the stars peeked in to see you and the night wind whispered "Life will never be the same." Because there had never been anyone like you... ever in the world." ~ Nancy Tillman
We ended up with both a jogger and a compact stroller. In order to get the jogger into the trunk of the car we have to take the front tire off.
For a compact stroller, we got a Maclaren Triumph. It's freaking awesome! I bought it used from someone on Craig's List. Goes up to I think 50 lbs, folds up and fits nicely in the truck, I don't have to hunch over when I am pushing it.
