I just recently learned how to do this and I'm so excited! Open tinypicdotcom, then, where it says "default" in a drop down menu, select email message size. Otherwise your pic will be huge. Then browse and find your pic from your gallery, enter their security pass code, and copy and paste the message forums url right in the message.
