Moby Wrap

I just received a Moby Wrap, but have no idea how to use it.  I'm due in 5 weeks.  Does anyone know of any kind of baby carrying workshops or classes or anything like that in North County?  I can watch all the videos on the internet, but I'd still like to actually see how it's done in person and maybe have someone show me in person.  Thanks!

    Do you have a doula? They are excellent resources for stuff like this.
