What do you drink besides water??

I am so sick of water and I know soda (caffine free) are not very good.

I just drank some orange soda and I totally did not realize there was caffine in it. I am sure I am fine seeing I have stayed clear of all caffine since the begining but I need a break from WATER.

  • I have orange juice everyday at breakfast and milk at night. I also really like cranberry juice. Hot chocolate if I want something warm.  What about a decaf flavored tea?

  • I drink a very diluted lemonade or I add lemon juice.  My big thing right now i apple cider - from the powder... I love love love this.
  • Not much -- ha!

    I do drink 1-2 glasses of milk a day (in addition to TONS of water) and I allow myself 1-2 diet cokes per week.

    But I never really drank anything besides water and milk before I got pregnant either.

  • I am a big fan of lemonade these days.

    I also still have a cup of coffee once a day during the work week. No soda for me (I've never been a soda drinker)

     

  • Lemonade, OJ, V8, lime flavored sparkling water.  I like cranberry juice but it is so high in sugar, that I do half juice half sparkling water.
  • Lots of booze.

    Kidding.

    I drink OJ in the morning and I try to have at least a small glass of milk each day. I do allow myself an occasional coke. I also get those Crystal Light On-the-Go packs and add them to my water for a little flavor. How about some sprite or sprite zero?

  • White milk (skim), chocolate milk, orange juice, grape juice (or any combination juices, cranberry grape, rasberry whatever, as long as it's just 100% juice), decaf mochas (rarely), and occasionally root beer or caffeine free diet Pepsi (dh hates that I have this one).
  • Chocolate milk in the mornings with my vitamins. OJ when I get to work; hot chocolate if I'm cold. Water mostly during the day at work. I do drink about a soda a day either with lunch or dinner - usually Sprite, Root Beer or Orange. I've had an occasional caffeine beverage, but only about 1-2 per week and I waited until 9 weeks or so before I trusted those. Sometimes I also drink Gatorade or lemonade.

  • I love to mix juice with soda water, also Hansen's diet sodas, they are sweetened with Splenda and have no caffiene. Decaf tea/coffee, mint tea and ginger tea help my tummy.

  • I drink a LOT of watered down juice...my favorite right now is white cranberry-peach!

  • Canbery juice (w/ half water), OJ, the occasional Sprite and Rootbeer, Hot Chocolate or Hot Apple Cider, Apple Juice (w/ half water) and my new fav:

    1 bottle of caffene free Ginger Ale

    1/2 can concentrated Fruit Punch

    1/2 can concentrated Citrus drink (i.e. Pineapple-Orange)

    -mix and serve cold

  • I drink the Simply Apple or Simply Orange juice and also Dole has 100% fruit juices...the pineapple orange banana and the strawberry orange banana is really good. I always start my day off with oj and you can also buy the 1/2 cans of pop so I drink a 1/2 can of 7-up too
  • O.J. in the am. sometimes Milk, decaf coffee or tea in the am and lemonade.

    I also drink tons of water. (boring)

  • I drink loads of water, and a ridiculous amount of milk---I just can't get enough of it.  I also LOVE the MacIntosh apple juice they have at Trader Joe's.  It's nice and tart, not all gaggy sweet like most apple juice.
  • juice, juice, and more juice. I have a stock of take-along size bottles of OJ, grape juice and a 100% juice fruit blend (tropicana - I had never had it, but it's very good; fruit punch-like). We also have a gallon size jug of OJ and a bottle of Cranberry juice in our fridge at almost all times...lol. I try to only get 100% juice so that I don't overdo it on the added sugars and miss out on the benefits of the fruit juice (10-30% juice blends just don't seem as healthy -- and probably aren't).
