this playroom is amazing.....would be nice to have a house with a space just for this

but I will for sure be doing the drip pan on the wall this week....

    That's awesome! We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, but two of them are junk rooms. I've been trying to convince DH to help me combine the rooms to make a play room for Lynzi, but it'll never be that extravagant! I WISH!
