Diapers question

So normally I'm a lurker but thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself. I am 35 and expecting twins in February. This will be our 2nd and 3rd children. DS is 4. My question for the mommies on here with twins already. How many diapers did you go through a day? It's been awhile since I've had to purchase them and we are starting to stock up now each time we week we go grocery shopping. Thanks!

We changed them a lot in the beginning (every time we saw the yellow stripe LOL). So we probably went through 7 each/day in the beginning. They were in newborn diapers for a few weeks at least.

Welcome and congrats. In the newborn stage we averaged 16-18 diapers a day between the 2 of them. Those value boxes went real quick!! Good luck.

In the NB phase, there were days we went through 20 total diapers. Since five or so months, we change about 12 per day.

We averaged 16 diapers a day between the two of them for the first couple months. they were in NB diapers for the first month, and then by 6 months they were in size 3, DD, and 4, DS. They went up sizes quicker than we thought. I have a completely unopened box of size 1s that we weren't able to use. I mention this because we stocked up too. Make sure not to get too many of a certain size.
