Okay so I'm a FTM an we are supposed to find out Monday what we are having. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make the baby move to show for the doctor? I'm nervous and my husband is scared lol.

    Drink a slushee before you go. And pump on your belly if baby still doesn't cooperate. These two together should do the trick. Good luck!

    I was told to have a little bit of caffiene about 30 minutes before, or if you're off caffiene completely, then you can have a couple of cookies or some OJ.

    Orange juice 20 minutes before your ultrasound

    I always have some orange juice before an ultrasound. It wakes the baby up and gets it moving around. Good luck!

    I only had water and mine co operated just fine... Besides the constant rolls... She thinks she is a gymnast ha ha

    I ate a piece of candy and drank a coke and he was still stubborn, I had to get up and shake my belly around a little!
