I just got back from the post office in St. Andrews mailing my Elster gift. It is a weird gift.

We all went for a long walk on the beach which was fantastic. There were a few people riding their horses and it made me ache for when I had horses and could ride whenever I wanted. I don't see this happening again in my life which is sad.

We were outside for a while doing yard work and planting lettuce while DS played.

Holla! I just got ds down for a nap, and now I'm about to order some of his birthday balloons.

We have a fish fry to go to this afternoon, after ds wakes up from his afternoon nap. Ds gets to play with someone his own age!

Lo is asleep in the PNP, so I'm relaxing for a couple before I take a shower. Me, dh, and dh's cousin are going to the casino to eat. My parents are getting in some grandson time before we leave next week to visit dh's family half way across the country.

I just got back from my first team practice run and I feel great! I accidentally ran 5.7 miles instead of the 4 that I was supposed to run, and while I usually run about 10 minutes per mile, today it was under 9 and I felt like I was running slower than usual. Maybe it's because I didn't have the stroller? And I loved using my new fanny pack!

Just got DD down for a nap. She woke up at 4:30am and I COULD NOT get her back to sleep. FML. It's 9:15 now, and the three cups of coffee I've had mean I won't be napping any time soon. Hope she takes a long, long nap so I can catch up on bump and do some first birthday shopping.

Today: clothes shopping for H. We are attending a wedding next weekend and the only pants he owns right now are jeans. Cleaning. Laundry. Afternoon nap for mama?

DD is making her bed and getting dressed for the day while dh watches a star trek episode on Netflix and I bump and have my coffee. Once ds wakes from his nap we will do a family outing of some sort but until then dh will take dd out to play while I stay home and clean up a bit.

Trying to think of ways to stay cool today. Maybe the beach later.

I'm here. We just got home from the Farmers Market but we went to the downtown one instead of the huge on we usually go to. It was fine but not nearly the selection of the other. No eggs! Oh well. I got some super cute tye died onesies for Emery from an awesome aquaintance who has a booth there so it was worth it.

Later we are walking to my childhood best friends Grandparents house because she's in town and having a get together there.
