I'm currently sitting in recovery with DH after his Lasik. It went really well! They let me come back with him and watch the surgery, which was pretty awesome.  He is a little uncomfortable, but already happy with the results. Now we wait an hour for the recheck then go home. 

Thanks for everything last night guys. Everything is worse late at night and after Googling. I'm usually a sunny side up person, but I was having a lot of trouble finding the good last night. Now just to do Thomas' panel on Monday and get more good news.

    I think I missed last night's post but I'm glad that your DH's LASIK went well. I had it done in May and it was so painless and the recovery was easy. I hope your DH has the same experience. I'm jealous that you were able to watch.

    I missed your OP, but wanted to say that I am really glad to hear everything went so well.  Any surgery is always scary for anyone, but especially when it comes to your senses or any major part of the body.  Hope he has a speedy recovery!
