Did someone kick me in the crotch?

So for a few weeks I thought I might have pulled a groin muscle because we were moving from Washington to Texas and I thought maybe sleeping on a air mattress hsd caused me to pull a muscle getting up.

But now I think it just might be the pregnancy. I never had this with DD. I feel like someone kicked me in the crotch. I feel like I already waddle because it freakin hurts.

Anyone else have this?

Re: Did someone kick me in the crotch?

  • Yes!! It's so annoying and it hurts. My doc said its just the muscles stretching from the pressure of the uterus. I have just added this to my long list of awesome and sexy pregnancy symptoms that no one ever tells you about... Hahaha

  • I'm right there with you. I ice my lady parts every evening. If I sit for too long at a time, I feel like I just got off a horse when I get up and try walking. My OB said its because the cartilage in that area is stretching and expanding.

  • I always thought to myself that I was so happy I never really had this pain...then tonight it "kicked" in. OMG, horrible pain! Got some frozen peas and put them down there. This is one pain I could really live without.
  • Oh girls, your not alone! Mine was constant for weeks and now (almost 31 weeks) it's every morning ad soon as I stand and waddle to the bathroom. I have ridden horses my entire life and it feels just like I came out of the saddle and landed on the saddle horn. For my city, non horsey friends I tell them it's like landing on the bar of a 10 speed bike. It goes away at some point...right?
