If this is teething...
I want dd to be toothless! I feel so bad for my poor baby. She is having such a rough week. What was everyone's lo like while teething and how long did it last?
DD is so miserable 
she is so congested, coughing and up all the time. She is so hoarse so I'm taking her to the pedi tomorrow. I'm a ftm and just feeling like a terrible one right now... Help!

Teething is rough! My LO got his first 2 teeth within one day of each other, right before he hit 6 months. It was about 4 days of cranky baby...and then he got a cold, which just added to the fun.
The drooling went from crazy to insane (like coughing and choking on it all the time) the snot was everywhere, and he ran a low grade fever. We gave tylenol on the worst nights (I think 3 in a row) and that helped him sleep.
What's weird is that I thought the symptoms he had got worse and peaked the few days after the teeth cut. It's not what I've heard from other people - I've usually heard once they cut, it gets better. But that wasn't true in our case.
After a few days though, he was back to normal... except for biting his tongue, which he did a few times. Poor guy - it must be hard to get used to having teeth!
