1st tri fatigue is no joke! Keeping your energy up in 1st tri will probably be a loosing battle, but don't worry - it (usually) comes back in 2nd tri. 2nd tri is the nice and "easy" part where you've got energy and you aren't too huge yet and you can get going on all the planning stuff. Enjoy

Yeah my advice for 1st tri is to just sleep when you're tired. There really is no fighting it and why would you? You need to listen to your body- it's doing a lot of work growing that baby so let it rest. I made it through a whole day at work, ate dinner and then took a 3 hour nap. I'd wake up just in time to go to bed. 2nd tri was much better and my naps went down to 1 hour most nights, lol.
