Today is the day!

in Pregnant after 35
I go in for my second semester screening today. I am 20w 1d and hoping all is well with my baby.  I have not been able to sleep for two days wondering about will it be pink or blue.  Not to mention having to listen to everyone else's opinion of what they " know" it to be.  Being over 35 all I hope for is a healthy baby!  Hope everyone else is having a healthy pregnancy...Wish me luck!

    I had a good screening today!  Baby looks healthy and......It's a girl!   We currently have two girls already. Lol. My poor husband is not going to have his basketball star. I'm starting a girl group instead. ha..JK..  

    On a serious note I'm concerned because she asked me if I am going to do Amino, if so she needs me in ASAP because I'm getting further along.  I'm concerned about the risk of loss and if it were to prove or suggest Downs I don't think Wld terminate. What did you ladies do?

    Congrats on good us. I am 40 and just had my 20 week scan yesterday. I'm having a girl as well I have 2 boys so I'm CRAZY excited for girl! Why would they want to amino if everything looks good? All my labs and us look good and they haven't even considered a need for one. Unless there is a reason to warrant further assessment I wouldn't risk it.
