My arms HURT!!

FTM here & I love DS so very much but my arms are killing me! He doesn't want to be put down! He will last for about 5 minutes in the Jumperoo or Exersaucer then he's crying for me to pick him up. As soon as I get him into my arms he's happy and smiley once again!

Any tips for getting him to play independently for longer periods? I have a Beco carrier and he is in that a lot so I can get things done but I am worried he is getting too attached to me!

He has been teething pretty hardcore (still no teeth ) but off and on low grade fever, drooly, gnawing on EVERYTHING...could that have something to do with it?

No advice, I'm in your same boat. I just try to think ahead to the days when DS will be too old to want to cuddle and maybe even embarrassed to be seen with me!

For our baby, a mobile worked well to keep him happy.. otherwise, the constant want to be held so he can jump up and down would kill me!

I can sympathize. I have what feels like a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade from holding Connor. It hurts to take a deep breath. He loses his mind in the evenings if I am not holding him. It's flattering but ouch! Crying

We're in the same boat over here! I try to take advantage of nap time as much as I can, but uf she's awake i try to do something really quick, pick DD up, distract her somewhere else, attempt to do something else quickly or give up all together and move onto something I can do while holding her.
