Anyone have a highchair or booster seat type highchair that reclines for feeding infants that cant sit up unsupported due to low muscle tone etc that they would recommend?

If they are still 3-6months and have low muscle tone and can't sit they shouldn't be eating. Being able to sit up is one of the main requirements for beginning to eat solids.
We have a fisher price healthy chair, it reclines in 3 positions. Our baby has been using it to sit at table with us since about 4 weeks of age. There are a number of chairs that recline but it is not to allow babies that can't sit to eat.
How old is your baby? In general sitting up unassisted is one of the signs that a baby is ready to eat, so if they need the chair reclined that's a sign that they're not ready for solids. Does your baby have special needs to lead to low muscle tone? That's the only time I could see a need for a high chair that reclines back. Generally lying back to eat can increase the risk of choking (I know I can't eat or drink lying back) so I would avoid feeding solids until the child can sit up by themself.

Ds is 4 months currently and he has down syndrome. I am not planning to start him on solids just yet. Just doing research in preparation for him not being able to sit unsupported by 6 months.

Okay, that's definitely a situation in which a reclining high chair would be necessary. It sounds like a few people offered good ones! I love my high chair cut it doesn't recline at all, so no help! I've heard the special needs board is active and extremely friendly (someone from my local nest board used to frequent it to get information for her son who has down syndrome. You may want to ask over there for advice as well if these recs don't work for you!
The Fisher Price space saver reclines and we like it a lot.
We have this one too. It's very portable also for leaving the house to eat. We take it to gmas a lot. My 2.5 yr old is still using it and it works as a booster too, so it has a long lifespan.
I have a prima pappa diner and it is great ! It can recline, has the removable dishwasher tray, you can lower the seat, it is has wheels that lock, 5 point harness, and it folds up compact as well ! Love it
