E2 too high for stims?

I had my baseline US this am and things looked "great" and plan was to start stims tomorrow night. Got the call this afternoon that my e2 was too high at "100something" for stims and to continue with full dose of Lupron until Monday and start stimming then.
Any thoughts on why this happened? I've been on Lupron since June 17 and with a thin lining and normal progesterone I don't think I could have ovulated through the Lupron. Plus I am right around when I'd O on an unmedicated cycle so if that were the case I would think they'd see evidence on US.
I didn't take any BCP before Lupron due to my clotting issues if that makes a difference.
Lastly, is this really just no big deal and I'm worrying for no reason?

Curly don't panic, my 1st suppression check wad 137 2nd one was 143, I got started on stims because my amh was lower, and never got a period. I had quiet ovaries, lining was a 5.I circulated through bcp which a lot of woman do. I had 1 egg on right.

They will monitor you no worries, it happens a lot. Big hugs!

It's good they suppress you longer even though it stinks to wait.. your e2 will double every day being on stims so ideally the lower the better. A chart I came across is they want to see it 50 and under.
