What's the difference between ...

..."Ask a Question" and "New Discussion"?

Don't they usually end up being more or less the same?

(Also, I'm bumping from my phone to see if paragraphs and symbols work)

    Okay. Good to know.
  • Looks like no. . .
  • My pleasure.
LO is playing quietly so I've got time right now.
  • No tips here, but am looking forward to the responses. I do exactly the same as you with bottles and nursing one or the other, but my three week olds are just now getting to where they are ok at nursing. We still have to relatch several times a feeding and I don't know how you do that, or burp one with no hands! Mine are preemies too, and not very big.

  • I bf my twins for 16 months and always tandem fed...we would have been nursing all day if I hadn't.  I had the My Brest Friend Twin pillow, I did a football hold.  I had to prop a pillow between the nursing pillow and my legs and put a pillow behind my back so I would sit up straight.  When they were smaller I would roll up a blanket under them to kind of prop them a little.  You just kind of have to play around with all of it to figure out what works best.  I was able to nurse them hands free so if I had to relatch anyone I could easily.  I was able to eat, work on laptop, phone, etc while nursing.  It made it SO much easier!  As they got bigger they started messing with each other and would try to grab each other so it got a little harder after 9-10months old...Good luck and I hope you are able to continue nursing!!!  It was so awesome and so glad I was able to do it for so long!
