Any ideas??

My son is 4 months and one week old... He's been fussy.. Gassy.. And not finishing his 4 oz bottles he used to only wake up once at nit and now he's waking up 2 times.. Last night he was screaming (not really crying) high pitched voice and then shoving hands in mouth and biting them. Do you think think this is normal 4 month behavior.. Could he be teething? Or doesn't like his formula anymore?

    Sounds like the four month wakeful. Likely he is not finishing his bottles because he is too distracted and waking up because he is hungry from not finishing his bottles. Its a time when he is rapidly developing mentally, likely you will see a handful of milestones hit right around now.
