Party of 4!

Our daughters birth parents signed papers today so this gorgeous tiny girl that we brought home from the hospital is officially our daughter. Born June 28, she shares a bday with Gilda Radner, Mel Brooks and the Stonewall Riots, and was born into a time when her two moms can legally marry in parts of this country!

So happy to be raising two adopted kids who are full siblings. And so tender for their birth parents who I know are having an emotional time now.

And I can't believe we are a family of 4! Because this is an ICWA adoption it actually can be reversed up until finalization but we feel like if they signed TPR then the adoption is fairly certain...tribes and extended family are in support.

Just wanted to share w people who understand the wait!

    01/10- Femara
    03/10- Femara
    07/2010- Clomid with injectables and IUI #1
    08/2010- IUI #2
    06/2011- IVF #1 BFP!
    09/2011- Miscarriage at 10 1/2 weeks
    11/2011- FET
    01/2012- Start Home Study process
    03/2012- Home Study approved and now waiting on our child to find us!
    07/2012- matched with a BM who is due in October!
    11/10/12- our son is born!
    11/13/12- court grants us custody!
     12/28/12- finalization! Always ours in our hearts, but.now also ours forever

    5/10 - Gideon 6/12 Warren
    4/11 Started adoption process for 2 siblings through DCF. 10/12 Found out we are licensed! 12/14 Brought 3 week old identical twin girls home from the hospital.  Could be at least until Summer 1015 til we know if they are forever ours
