Cerclage candidate?

I just found out I'm pregnant with #3 (yippee!) and I am very excited.  However, I'm here because I know I'm high risk.  Both of my other pregnancies ended on bed rest at 33 weeks for contractions and a dilated cervix.  Both babies were delivered at 36 weeks via c-section because they were breech.  I will obviously talk to my MFM when I'm further along but I'm curious, do you think they will recommend a cerclage this time?  I did P17 during pregnancy #2 and I should also mention that I never felt the contractions so I had no idea I was dilating.  Weekly NSTs showed what was going on.

    I'm not sure. I would bring it up with my OB for sure.

    If it were me I would make sure I spoke with my OB about it. If they say not to, I'd probably consult a MFM just to be sure.
