I did two RNPs from the beginning and my boys napped in them for several months. We got one swing and one chair, but ended up getting a second chair. They loved the soothing vibrations, so I'd definitely get at least one. Plus, it's great to have a safe place to strap in a baby while you are changing another's diaper. Once they had decent head control, I used the bouncy chairs to do tandem bottle feeds while I was hooked up to the pump.
As far as a swing, one is great, but I'd wait on getting a second. One of my boys always hated the swing, so we never would have used the second. You can always borrow or purchase a second one if both love it.

We feel overly prepared. We have 2 rnps, 2 bouncy seats and 1 swing. Our bedrooms are upstairs and living space downstairs. So, it will be nice to have something to use no matter where we are in the house. We will see how it works out! We definitely feel like a baby store showroom!
I have 2 RNPs, 2 bouncy seats, and 2 swings. Not sure if I'll need that much, but I already had a swing and bouncy seat from when DD1 was a baby. And I got the rest in brand new condition in consignment all for less than 100. It will be good to have options and have something on both levels if the house. If I end up not needing that much, I can send something to the Grandparents house.
I am still debating this myself but leaning towards two bouncy chairs (if I can convince DH). With DS that thing was a LIFESAVER, and I for me at least I really think it might be worth having one for each twin!
We have a swing also, it helped for naps when DS was a difficult sleeper, but personally I would not get two of them.
We have 2 RNPs that they sleep in for our bedroom. We also have a swing and a bouncer. I have found it very helpful to have lots of options for putting the babies down.
I'm a FTM, but I also bought two RNP for them to sleep in, and instead of buying two swings or two bouncers, I bought one of each. I've heard every baby has their preference so I'm going to see what each prefers before buying another one of either
