Any ladies wanna give their input as to what they used and liked from this site? I have been to it several times and always feel a bit overwhelmed. Right now baby is for sure head down but often in and OPish position. I'm assumjng this because I often feel knees in the top front and sometimes smaller pokes down low center.
For mobile users I am 37 weeks 2 days.

Re: Spinning babies
Also, my midwife was telling me she flipped a breach baby by using an electric toothbrush on the belly near the baby's head, and sort of annoying the baby until it went head down lol and to think that an OB would have just cut the woman open.
Keep in mind too that your baby could not engage until active labor, so don't stress too much right now. Do some inversions and belly rocking in the mean time. I would be more worried about spinning the baby if I was about 40w5d or something like that.
Thank you for this suggestion! I am going to read this!
Thanks!
I used the rebozo sifting to turn my oft-OP baby back to anterior on a night at 39w where I was feeling intestinal cramping and was pretty tired. I went to bed after we turned her, woke up with my water breaking and she was born 2 hours later. Highly recommend.
What it taught me in the belly mapping section has been very valuable to me. I observe baby's position when I can now, with #3, and while he can still move for a little while longer since I'm only 31w, he's left anterior much of the time. There is a lot more to position than head down vs breech!
