boba air and ergo reviews please (toddler)

Has anyone tried the biba air? I want to get a new carrier for my 2 year old 30lb son and was looking at this one. I need something for just whennhis legs get tired while we are walking. It wiuldn't be for long treks maybe at most 20 minutes. Thoughts? I am concerned about the lack of padding that it would dig into me and also into his legs. Any reviews or other suggestions. I am also looking at the ergo.

At 30 pounds, you will both be much more comfortable in a carrier with a wider seat. Consider a Toddler Tula, Standard Kinderpack, or Bloo Kangaroo Kanga XT

At a lower price point, consider the Toddler Action Baby Carrier.

Neither for a 30 pound toddler. The boba air is really only good for very short term use. I like an unstructured carrier but it is pretty uncomfortable and diggy - no padding and the material is not forgiving. Would not be a good only carrier. The ergo is a good carrier but small bodied so not very good for toddlers. I would go with something like the Toddler Kinderpack, toddler Tula or Toddler Action Baby Carrier.
