Teeth Grinding?

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months
I need advice! My 12 month old LO has started grinding her front teeth (her only teeth so far). I know this can't be good for her. How can I get her to stop? She is too little for a mouth guard and doesn't understand that grinding isn't good for her. Please help!
