I like all the new features but I am trying to figure out how to get rid of my BFP ticker... off to read the siggy posts.

My vote went for it's not terrible. I was pretty annoyed this morning but once I started using it I realized there are many perks. No more DD's, you know when if anyone posted since the last time you were in a thread, I can actually see smiley's now, you can upload a photo right from your computer (even though mine won't let me right now) and resize it. All good things. I think it will just take some getting used to and some time to get rid of the glitches.

It seems more mobile bumping friendly? But I can't tell if the threads are in order in which they were posted or in order in which has been responded to most recently. At least on my phone I can't tell as of yet.

@katyj25 - go to Dec 13 homepage and on the right it will says "Sort by" and you can do it by post date. That was one of the things that annoyed me at first too. Once I fixed that I felt a little better.

The mobile version is not nearly as bad, but the computer version sucks ars.

You can get back your old siggy. Go to the old account settings, copy all the text and then go to the new account options *click the little head and shoulders under community* and either insert the html into the html edit box or click the photo box and simply copy and enter the URLs one at a time.

i wish there were different themes, because the white really is blinding, but i really like it. and i'm one of the ones who defected to Proboards after the FIRST attempt at this.

I'm wondering how people feel with high post counts? If they are a little disappointed that you can't see them anymore? Mine was only 1300 or something like that so not that high but just curious.

You can see them, you just have to click the person's name/photo to view their profile. The post count is on the far right under their picture.

I use mostly mobile, so I like that I can post pics so much more easily.

The white is kinda harsh on my eyes. I have a 24" monitor so now my monitor lights up my space when I visit.

Yea I see it now. Sort of a pain in the heiny though. Probably won't click every person's profile to see their count but it's good to know you can. I like to know when people are new because if it is their first post I might explain things differently. I also won't use terms like DS and MIL.

It reminds me of when FB makes format changes. Everyone stomps their feet and insists the old way was better, then once they learn to use it, everything is ok. That said, I've been struggling on here this morning.

When you hit quote and click into the reply box, it really wants to put your cursor in the PP's post. Just make sure you click down into the white space a couple lines below the last post.

Unless you are mobile - I'm on my computer so I can only speak for that.

Same here - I'm not much of a fan now, but I know it'll just take some getting used to. And I'm sure some of the kinks will be worked out. Although, I really kind of don't like the blinding white. The green was a bit easier on the eyes.

My mobile doesn't have that option. It's really annoying. Fingers crossed it's just a glitch.

I voted "not terrible" only because this is day 1 & I'm sure hoping they are still working out the bugs. I tried to view a past post of mine & it instead took me to a Sept 13 board post that I was never in. I also keep getting an "Over Capacity" error page that I never got with the old bump.

This is so far somewhat better than Target's new website launch a year ago or so, but still waiting for things to get a little better.

At first my husband thought the say way -- let's just try naturally for 6 months before getting into all this temping, charting, OPK's etc.

Then I explained how there is only a small window for conception -- and if we just shoot in the breeze for 6 months then start temping, charting, OPK's, etc. and still were not successful what would happen when we went to see the doctor at the one year mark?

Would they count the first 6 months as really trying? How can you really be TTC if you don't know when you are ovulating. For some humping it out every other day or so after AF may work, but with our work and exercise schedule that just won't work for us.

After explaining how much easier it would be to have everything in order from the beginning (charts, temps, etc) in case we had issues really helped him understand. It also helped for him to learn how a female's body works as far as exactly when you can actually get pregnant. Sounds silly, but he didn't realize that you can only get pregnant on the few days before and of ovulating.
