I got out of the shower, coughed, and peed. Terrific. Just in case I wasn't sexy enough, I have been blessed by the pee yourself fairy.

Mine too...I peed in the bed this weekend. I had just peed - and I went back and got back into bed.....I coughed like 3 times and peed a little in the bed.....it was awesome! Gotta love it!

awwwh that sucks. I have been really trying to make sure I do mine, but I think no matter what I will probably end up peeing myself..

I'm sorry :-( I always blow my nose when I get out of the shower and I get discharge running down my legs if it makes you feel any better-no pee though. Isn't pregnancy sexy?

FWIW, they may not help all that much. I did a ton of them, but a giant head (15 in at birth) and 2+ hours of pushing killed my bladder control. It normalized around 4 months pp but still isn't perfect. Don't know if that is encouraging or discouraging...
