Migraines

in Central Florida Babies
I'm a chronic migraine sufferer and have not had any luck on relief. I was given medicine at the hospital but it never works so I stop taking it. Does anyone have remedies that they do at home that are safe or can just make a suggestion.

    My Mom got migraines when she was pregnant. She would put ben gay on her forehead and temples. Outside of pregnancy, my migraines stopped when I cut out all artificial sweetners (e.g. no more diet cokes!)  I hope you feel better!

    I get migraines and they give me codine/promethazine it has been working.

    I'm also a migraine sufferer and had to stop taking my meds when I became pregnant.  However, I was able to continue taking over the counter Magnesium.  I take it on a daily basis and it helps a lot.  I've still had a few migraines since stopping my meds but they are less than without the Magnesium.
