pancakes & pajamas b day party

LOVE the idea/theme of this, we usually do little mans b day party after his nap around 4 or 5 so Im not sure we could pull off a party in the Morning hours b/c we have a few people that come about 45-50 mins.......anyone have any alternatives to this idea?

    It's a very cute idea and I wouldn't hesitate doing it in the afternoon.

    Sounds like something better used when they're older and have sleep-overs / camp-outs

    You could use the pajama idea in the late afternoon/early evening. Maybe more of a bedtime idea. Make your own ice cream sundaes. Bedtime stories.

    Thats adorable! DS had pancake and pjs day at school one day last year and it was a huge hit. i think it would work anytime during the day.

    my neighbor did it for her daughter's 2nd birthday and it was great.  She had it around 10am, so people driving 45 min. would still be able to leave their hose at 9, which is reasonable I think.  She had pancakes and smoothies for the kids and mimosas for the adults ;).  She read "If you give a pig a pancake" to the kids as well.

    We're doing one in the morning for my son's three year birthday coming up. We are starting at 9AM but will also be having a more casual get together afterward for people coming from farther away or those who want to hang around or who don't have kids. I imagine that it will mostly be the kids from his preschool class that will come at 9 AM and then our friend with kids and family will come later.
