While shopping today LO wouldn't stop crying so I finally took him out only to find he had exploded everywhere including his carseat. Poor little guy!

    Something similar happened to me like that too the other day.  I had just changed him so I didn't think he was poopy again.  Lo and behold he had a blow out.  I guess he wasn't finished when I changed him earlier.
