Did your doctor want to know in between appointments? I just realized that I've lost 6 percent of my starting body weight in the last month. But I'm not sure my doctor would care nor am I sure what they would do about it considering I've been on Zofran. Does it matter how much weight was lost?

My starting weight was 117.5 at my 5 week checkup. By my 8 week checkup I was down to 110. They were concerned and prescribed Zofran, which I never ended up taking because by week 8 the nausea was gone. I have been eating GREAT since week 8 and I was confident that I gained at least 5 lbs. . . . at my 14 week appointment I had only gained half a pound and they weren't concerned at all.
I think my DH was more concerned about it!
I think it also depends on if you were overweight/healthy weight v. underweight before you go pregnant. I've lost almost 10lbs now. At my last appt. I was down 6 and they weren't concerned because I wasn't underweight. My MW did offer Zofran but I'm having more issues with aversions to everything than nausea. She did say the weight loss needs to slow down/stop by 20 weeks or we'll need to talk- but she didn't elaborate on that. I remember her saying last time that 10lbs gained by 20 weeks makes her happy that the placenta is growing well, etc.
This was why I looked into how much body weight I had lost. It took my BMI from solidly 'normal' to borderline underweight. My appt is not that far off so we shall see if it turns around now that the ms is wearing off.
I would be very focused on your hydration
