So you are a school counselor too? What grade level? I'm at a middle school 6, 7, and 8 grade.

    I've got the elementary kiddos....K-5.  I started out at the high school level but now I couldn't imagine going back!

    High schoolers would drive me nuts. Elementary sounds cool. Illinois rarely has counselors at that level. Even though we should.

    Elementary hasn't been an easy road. I was laid off twice within three years (2 different districts). Now that we have PBIS in our schools it has kept a FT counselor in every building. Sooooo thankful!
