Question about 2nd baby shower?

Hi Ladies!! Ok so I am preggers with my 3rd. My 7 year old 5 year old are from a past relationship, I did have a shower for my first one. This will be my fianc's first child so is it appropriate to have a baby shower if I would only be inviting 56 from my side of the family the rest would be coworkers his side of the family?

    I imagine you mean 5-6 from your side. From your side you should only invite your mother and your sisters. Do NOT invite the coworkers. Inviting close family on his side is fine as long as he does not have any kids from a previous relationship, in which case I would forgo the shower all together

    This shower should be to welcome your FI to fatherhood. If the reason you are having a shower is because it is HIS first child, he should be there. It shouldn't be a shower just for you. You've got two kids and have had a shower to welcome you to motherhood.

    Yes lol 56 from my side, it would definitely be a coed shower since most is his family he actually wants to be a part of it. Thank you so much ladies for the advice!!
