Do you paint the ceiling or leave it beige/white (whatever color is in your house)
I actually prefer the color to be the same as my walls with white crown molding like we have in our kitchen/living/dining but in our bedrooms its all the builders beige.
DH likes to leave the ceilings the beige.
Just curious, I think it might be location based but interested in hearing what you guys have to say!

More in the south, we have really tall ceilings so I guess this has never been of concern.
All of our houses when built have the same colors on the walls as on the ceilings, but when changing the colors we tend to leave the ceilings the builders beige colors
I prefer when they are left white. I think it looks really sloppy when the ceiling is the same color as the walls -- almost like you were too lazy to tape it off or something.
