  Works great on carts, is a bit big on high chairs in restaurants, but that's not a big deal to me.

  Also has the toy hooks on it which is fantastic.  It's under $30.

  We have this one and I really like it. Not only does it have hooks to attach toys to but in already includes two soft toys that she loves to play with and chew on while riding in the cart.

  works GREAT however depending on where we are, sometimes the strings dont tie well on the high chairs. I love it though. Washable, has link loops and a harness. Also has a zipper pouch

  Except I bought it at a resale shop for $13 instead of $39. I see shopping cart covers a lot at resale shops and mom-to-mom sales. It's big in high chairs but not unmanageable. My little one is a peanut so the extra fabric is comfy in there.
