Foscam video

for any who have this I have a few questions.  Do you love it?  How does it work on your phone?  if you are talking on the phone will it interrupt to let you know baby is awake and making noise?Do you have to open the app everytime to view or  If monitoring will the phone black out but only alert when noise is made or is the phone running the whole time and eating the battery?  Can you pick up noises from other rooms or just babys room?

    i have a foscam and absolutely love it. we actually use it in conjunction with a sound monitor, but when my mom is here watching LO, she just pulls it up on her ipad and uses the foscam for both video and sound. you do need to keep it running, but what's nice is it can run on anything, tablet, phone, laptop. i love being able to watch him nap from my work computer. i think some of the apps out there have audio alerts as well, which will give you an extra audio warning in case the cries don't wake you up.
