A friendly wager...

Let me preface this by saying that this is totally innocent and neither DH nor I really care about he gender of the baby as long as he or she is healthy.

With that said, DH is convinced this baby is another boy because his family is alllllll boys. I am pretty convinced we have a girl cooking. We decided to place a friendly wager on it the other night but neither of us can come up with good terms. Any suggestions?

    Whoever a right gets to choose where dinner comes from after the ultrasound?

    DH and I might do something similar when the time is right... If we have any ideas!

    No suggestions here but I'm sure you'll be able to come up with something fun! Just wanted to say that I have a friend at work and when she was pregnant, her DH was convinced it was going to be a boy because his family is all boys as well. They had NEVER had a girl on that side. Turns out they ended up having the very first girl! So you never know Wink

    We've been discussing the same thing. My gut says boy, DH's says girl. Can't decide on terms either, but diaper changes might be involved!


    I was going to wager all the nasty meconium diapers at the start but DH nixed that because if we have a RCS he kind of gets stuck with that anyways.

    I say make it interesting - whoever is right gets to pick the name (other person still retains veto power though).

    I would wager who is right gets the first baby free relaxation day...if you plan on nursing this might be after six weeks or so when baby is used to latchign on and you can pump/use a bottle...but either way...that baby free day would be a really nice moment after the 6 week time frame :) maybe a massage or something if going away all day is a bit too much. 

    im on baby number three to a weekend getaway would be right up my alley LOL

    I like this! Or your first dinner at home, if you wait til the birth to find out. The name suggestions are good too but that's a huuuuge thing to wager on a 50/50 guess!
