Here's mine. I actually sat and planned the first time in what feels like forever.
Sunday: Tofu stir fry. Howell LOVED it.
Monday: Paste with fresh tomato sauce.
Tuesday: Lentil and orzo pasta salad
Wednesday: Steak fajitas if I don't eat meat at least once, I will start hunting and there's nothing to hunt for in the city
Thursday: Leek and chard quiche. I was supposed to make this last week but I dropped my crust when I tried blind baking it and I got mad and we went out for pizza instead.
Fir and Sat are out and Sun we start all over again.

Wednesday: poppyseed Chicken
Thursday: Eggs
Friday: pizza
Sunday : Whole roasted chicken with asparagus and rice.
Monday: Mojo pork tacos with fresh pico de gallo, avocado slices and fat free cheese and a side salad.
Tuesday: Shrimp fra diavolo from cooking light
Wednesday: Ranch chicken bacon Mac n cheese from cooking light.
Thursday: Grilled mahi mahi and a salad
Friday: Seared beef loin with Brussel sprouts and baked potatoes
