XP:Mamaroo vs traditional swing

I have registered for the FP little lamb swing based on baby bargains reviews. However, I am very intrigued by the Mamaroo. Any experience with the Mamaroo.? Is it worth the money?

    I started with a FP swing, but LO wanted nothing to do with it.  I have several friends who absolutely love the Mamaroo.  Desparate to find something to keep LO happy, I used all of my store credit at BBB and bought the Mamaroo too.  LO definitely liked it more than the original FB swing I had, but she wasn't as wowed by it as my friends said she would be.  

     

    Overall, I definitely used the Mamaroo more than the FP swing.

    I wished I got the Mamaroo! I'm definitely selling our FP swing and investing in a Mamaroo when #2 comes along. It has a much smaller footprint and I love all of the different modes it has, like Ocean, Car Ride, etc...

    I LOVE our mamaroo. Wish we had had it for DS1. I'm able to get extra sleep thanks to the tree swing setting.

    It was the best splurge item ever. I sent DH out for a Snugabunny and he got this one for us. We also have a traditional swing we had for DS1 but that one kinda sucked and we're not currently using it.

    After seeing the Mamaroo in person I wish I had one, it is like a swing but with a lot more features.

    We had both and a bouncer. My son only liked the mama too. The other two were packed up basically brand new.

    The momaroo is amazing! There are so many different settings and you can use different nature sounds and you can connect your own music t soothe your lil one. I'm really happy to use ours again!
