I am fast approaching 30 weeks and both boys are still breech. The only one that really matters (in terms of being breech, of course) is baby A as my OB is comfortable and has delivered twins vaginally many, many times with baby B being breech.
My question is could you feel them flip? What did it feel like? I know it sounds silly but with space becoming limited I just dont know how they may pull this off without me feeling it. My hope is to be able to deliver them vaginally but since the start of the pregnancy they have always been "bunk bed breech". One was on top of the other (imagine a bunk bed) with A being breech and B going from breech to transverse and sometimes back.
Re: BTDT MOMs- breech babies
I had my boys a week ago Wed at 34w [my water broke spontaneously], and A was still breech. His cord actually prolapsed, so the c/s was immediate and non negotiable. I really wanted to try for a vag delivery also, and instead I got a c/s under general. Oh well.
But to answer your Q, yes, most of the time I could tell when one flipped.
[i haven't updated my ticker, obv]
My OB was not okay with breech extractions and we made the decision to move forward with a csection due to IUGR in both boys.

Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!
Congrats on your new babies!!
My OB said something similar. Unfortunately, we are now 36weeks and while baby A has been sitting in the perfect position for awhile, Baby B is bunk bed and at a diagonal and they are huge! B has been trying to turn for weeks. He just ends up transverse for a day or so and then back to frank breech on top of his brother. OB is worried about the space and "entanglement" since they are so big (already over 7lbs) so we are playing it safe with a CS. I am bummed but would rather no drama on delivery day.
Good luck
Thanks! I have fully prepared myself for a c-section but it would be a huge plus to be able to give birth vaginally. I am looking to starting the Webster Method and have talked to my chiro about that a few times and will possibly start it in 2-3 weeks depending on a few things. When I talked to my OB about it he said he didnt have much hope that it would work but if I wanted to try to "have at it".
