Does anyone else have issues with their hips post pregnancy? Mine are killing me. It's like my hips are still all relaxed so they slide out of place. I feel like its getting worse.
Any suggestions?

Re: Hips after pregnancy
I had this after my singleton pregnancy, and ironically enough it is much better(almost completely gone) after this delivery. It makes me wonder if there was some kind of nerve damage or misplacement of something during my first c/s that got "put back" correctly during the second cs.

I'm in PT for my Diastis Recti (separated stomach muscles) from the pregnancy and my physical therapist is working on my hips too. They are so messed up that they are causing lower back pain.
She has me doing lunges, clam shells (lay on your side with your knees bent and a band around them, then open knees and close knees like a clam), a stretch where you are on your back and your leg is crossed with one ankle on one knee and you bring your leg up to a 90 degree angle, then you switch legs. There are a few others that are difficult to describe. Maybe you can go on you tube and look up some things you can do at home to stretch and strengthen your hips?
