WWYD?

I am supposed to go to a pool party at my friends and she just informed me her son woke up with 103 fever but its since gone down and been acting normal . I was so looking forward to taking DD into the heated pool! But she said she would take him in if he is better. Would you take your LO into the same pool ? I'm not sure if the chlorine kills those germs ?

Re: WWYD?

  • I'd go, but I live in the edge like that. Kids get fevers at the drop of a hat it seems like, if he's acting fine I'd just try to keep a little distance between them. Throw caution to wind and have fun!

  • I would go but keep them seperated, as in no touching.

  • Is the child teething or actually sick? Sometimes K will get warm when he is working on a tooth and be fine a little while later.

I, personally, would go. But if you don't feel comfortable, reschedule.
