New here, appointment Monday to plan FET in fall what to ask

We had our first baby via FET IVF w ICSI born September 2011 (my precious girl!!!). Male factor infertility. Now here we are with her and have been TTC (yeah we are dreamers despite knowing our nonexistent chances we thought, like they always say, it only takes one!) since January this year when AF returned (extended breastfeeding delayed that! Now she is weaned except morning and night nursing which we have a couple months to wean those). Anyway, anyone going/ went through this and know what I should ask, be aware of second time around?  Went through this completely alone the first time (just my husband and I- we didn't tell anyone about the treatments or trying- his family has a serious taboo and being it male infertility, it just was better to keep more to ourselves), and I think that was unnecessarily tough when I could have reached out and had some kind of help. So this time looking for insights and maybe I won't feel so crazy or go so crazy and I can help too with my experiences too! Figure with the appointment Monday, that gives me a few days to gather some wisdom and my wits!!  Thank-you!

April Fresh Cycle, FAILED. Frozen embryos frozen for future FETs.

    I haven't gone through IVF, so I don't have any advice unfortunately.  I just wanted to say welcome, and good luck on your FET!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    I also don't have much to offer as we haven't done IVF. Just wanted to extend another welcome and wish you a short stay! Good luck at your appointment!

    IUI #5 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFP!!
    EDD: March 22, 2013
    It's triplets!!

    I just had my ER this morning. No real insight here, as the process went much better than I had worked up in my head! The ER was roughest so far for me.

    I'm thankful I asked my friend to take my daughter last night and all day today; there's no way I could have gotten the rest I needed today with her running amuck ;

    I hope your are better this weekend!!! I can't imagine doing the ER with my girl running around, she is very clingy to me and I was so sick the first time! Anesthesia allergy. We will have to cross that bridge when we come to it. Will have to wait til 2015 to save up before can attempt fresh cycle. Hopefully FET comes through with last one in freezer, I think I have almost given up on us miraculously getting a positive with out help. I tested with Opk I have them so figure use them til they are gone right? and apparently I am ovulating six days early this month so all of a sudden my system is out of whack anyway. Bbt still low, so today or tomorrow. How bad is it I have considered approaching hubs about donor sperm? I came from a family of seven kids, all I ever wanted was my own little family not seven but three, maybe four so no one ganging up on the third. I figure I can't really ask him right now, but I'm down, so talking at least right?
