Recommendations for SF obgyn

Hi. I'm at 8 weeks and am in desperate need of any doctor recommendations. I'm signed up for an appointment at UCSF, but DH doesn't like the fact that you see whatever doctor is on call, as opposed to having the same dr stick with you throughout the pregnancy. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!

    You should go to Dr. Laurie Green. She is AMAZING!!! She is an absolute expert and heaven forbid if anything goes wrong you want her on it. I always get to see her. She delivered my son and helped me through several miscarriages. She has over 30 years experience but is very current with what's going on now. I can't say enough about how amazing she is.     I would also recommend Dr. Green. She is the best- helped me through a difficult pregnancy. Read her yelp reviews- she isn't a hand holder, but is the most respected ob in the area and basically established cpmc.

    Dr. Joanne Kim is amazing she was my gyn and then my OB. She didn't deliver my son as my labor was too long but John Fasset the nurse midwife in her practice delivered him and it was a wonderful experience. Izumi Cabrera in her practice is great as well. I've heard great things about Laurie Green but her ties to Monsanto Corporation really turned me off to her.
