baby bathtubs?

LO has outgrown his baby tub. His head and feet are over the edges. I'm wondering what my options are now for bathing him. My husband showers with him, I have a hard time showering with him because I come so close to dropping him numerous times it kind of scares me. I've been looking and found inflatable tubs to fit inside the bath tub, but I'm not sure if I want to do that or just start giving him baths in the regular tub with only a few inches of water in it...
What are you all doing for bathing baby?

We use this https://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Safer-Bather-Infant-Bath/dp/B00005JIVI in the regular tub, just filled up a few inches.
I put DS in his bumbo in the shower with me. It's really the only way I can get clean recently. He's going threw a phase where he freaks if he cant see me
