Another Car Seat Position Q

The earlier car seat position question made me wonder if I'm the only one that has this issue... Our son is RF behind the driver's seat in a midsize sedan b/c when we tried it in the middle and even behind the passenger, it caused major blind spots for me. I am surprised at the amount of people who seem to be able to use their car seats in the middle without any problem. Is there some way around this problem that I'm missing?

    You are not alone! I could not put DS1 in the middle or behind me because of my long legs. I could not safely drive like that. It is just safer because of side impact. Don't worry about it. With two kids, no one fits in the middle anyway. You put your LO where it is safest in your car and that is fine!
