Update on me (& can someone take over our CB checkin?)

So, we got to chat with our new boss on skype last night and it looks like we leave for training in Africa in about 10 days! Quick work and lots to do. Thankfully we have found some friends who will stay in our apartment during those now 4 months we'll be in training and today we work out who is going to be keeping our dog, Pinky. 

With all that's going on in the next 2 weeks I probably won't be posting much. I will lurk as I can, but I have no clue about internet at the place we'll be living for 4 months. I'm thinking we'll have it but can't be sure.  So can someone from our CB group take over for the last bit of our cycles? 

I hope I'll be back around once we get settled! I'm sure I'll have some interesting stories to tell about what the African Safari is like. ;)
